Anti-Ragging Committee
The Anti-Ragging Committee of the college is dedicated to fostering a ragging-free environment, ensuring the safety and well-being of all students. Committed to a zero-tolerance policy, the committee actively monitors and prevents any form of ragging within the campus. It conducts awareness programs, encourages students to report incidents confidentially, and takes swift action against offenders, thereby upholding the dignity and respect of every student.
Aims:
- To create a safe and secure environment for all students by eradicating the menace of ragging.
- To ensure compliance with the UGC regulations on curbing the menace of ragging in higher educational institutions.
Objectives:
- To implement a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of ragging in the institution.
- To sensitize students about the harmful effects of ragging through regular awareness programs and workshops.
- To monitor and prevent any instances of ragging within the campus by conducting regular checks and surveillance.
- To provide a platform for students to report any incidents of ragging confidentially and without fear.
- To take immediate action against any reported incidents by conducting thorough investigations and imposing appropriate penalties on the perpetrators.
